Role Summary/Purpose: The NPI Project Operations Specialist will provide operations management for the Certification&Test activities under a newly developed engine program as well as for for other Engineering programs with external funding.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Certification&Test leader,
  • Coordination of funded projects linkage with internal Engineering plans and new engine program,
  • Financial reporting to funding authorities or project partners,
  • Earned Value Management & Headcount plan management,
  • Financial planning leadership,
  • Communication plan/tools management,
  • Support to the external funding management,
  • Communicate statuses accurately and regularly to management, recommending solutions for problems encountered,
  • Assist in planning and coordination with project groups and funding management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent in knowledge/experience),
  • Project management, operations leadership experience,
  • Financial management overview, funded programs financial management is an advantage,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • Communicative English skills.
